OPENED MERCHANDISE

Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. All items returned must be in their original condition with tags. Laundered, embroidered, silkscreened and/or altered garments are NOT returnable (unless defective). Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error. The following guideline applies to orders where customers received free shipping: Customers receiving free shipping will be credited the full purchase price of all products returned less shipping fee if their entire order is returned for a refund.

REFUNDS

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return.

EXCHANGES

Customers wishing to exchange an item(s) should reorder the desired item(s) via our web site, www.foxysfitnessfashions.com, and separately return the item(s) for which they would like to receive credit.
